Our bathroom lock is reversed.. I can't lock it from inside.. Yesterday I was having a cool shower and when I was done and tried to open the door; I found that it was locked from outside.. I was like what the hell?????? My daughter was sleeping in the room and I was worried that if I bang the door loudly for my mother to hear, my daugher will wake up and it'll be a nightmare then..
Oh my God, I spent around 20 mins inside (total time including shower was 40 mins) when my mother came in and then opened the door...
It was funny... I can't describe my feelings when I was locked up with no mobile, no laptop nothing to reach out to anyone to help me..

OK, so I'll ask: Why o why don't you install a new lock? It would just take 20 minutes ...

A few years ago I also got locked up in the bathroom in quite a similar manner for around 30 minutes.....but the reason for my getting locked in was quite weird. When I was abt to come out, i heard some strange sounds coming from my room...and then my brother shouted..fariha don't cum out there's a bat here :)
It took my mom and bhai approx 30 mins to wrestle with that bat and kick it out of the room
Yeah Waqas has raised a valid question but the funny thing is that this is a new lock and the lock guy actually fixed it improperly :) I have called him already.... this is quite funny man..
