15 lbs milestone achieved

So right after 8 weeks, the weighing machine is telling me that I have reduced around 15 lbs. I have shed some lean mass as well but that's ok because it happens to the best of us and you can't avoid that while going through only cardio-workouts... The plan I followed was 30 mins daily cardio (4 days a week) at 65% of my heart rate, which was from 122 to 136 (strictly.. it was difficult to keep it in that range).. and 5/6 small meals, around 300/350 calories... and within 8 weeks, I am now 15 pounds lighter.. People at my gym say, it's too fast.. But I have my own objectives.. It's all about objectives...

So the plan will be slightly changed from today.. This stupid Karim Akram's course is giving me a tough time to freely think about the weights but I think something is better than nothing, and of course, I don't want to loose all the mass that I'd developed before..

Congrats bhai :D that's gr8! Btw which course r u talking abt....r u back to some sort of studies or is that part of sum on-job training?
