Home coming! Yesterday was my first day, after a full two year break, at the gym.
It was a warm night in May 2005 and while doing the last set of my bench press at 10:45 PM, I realized that I am pushing too hard and I might end up in a bad situation if I keep pushing myself. It had become a tough schedule after I decided to re-start my studies to finish the MBA; 9 to 5 office, 6 to 9 university, 9.30 to 11 gym, and then home finally. I opted to get over with studies first. I am glad to have come back to my own world i.e. place that I love the most..
Yesterday, there were 2 sessions of 20 mins (each) run on the mill and then stretching. I am gonna do cardio for the next 12 weeks inshallah and if I am able to bring my body fat to 8% from 14.5% then I'll finally hit the iron again. The initial focus after 3/4 months would be on, compound exercises to build body mass..
I am hoping that the dieting plan I have made will work this time as well (friends, remember I trimmed my waist from 37 to 31.5 and weight from 75 to 66kgs in 2002???) . But I strongly feel that I can do it as this would be the 2nd time I will be doing all this so I am pretty relaxed and not worried at all about the regimen...

Wish u all the best for ur gym plan. It's good that u manage to get time out for exercise....something that ppl of our age with i guess quite an unhealthy lifestyle, badly need in order to stay fit!
