Performance!

You ask "what's the fun in running a loss making company?" For me, the fun is to see how everyone is sleeping and doing nothing. That is what you should have asked almost a year ago!

Where is the problem? Well, there is not a single straight answer for the problem. But from what I have observed since I decided to have a future with you, these are the things which are basically the core of all problems...

- No proper leadership, no direction, no objectives!!

- No local vision for your organization

- Departments are not integrated. No coordination between departments

- No proper structure

- "C" class employees. People have been hired just to fill the office. Mediocre people have made it to the top and now doing no good.

- No strategy to follow. Marketing & Sales is just pathetic. They don't do any market research; no plans. They don't know their market. No knowledge of the outside world.

- People just don't know how to speak and write proper English. Come on now pls!!!

- High organizational inertia. People just don't want to change.

- Product and business knowledge... bad

- No business acumen

- People are demotivated

- No planning and organizing

- Ad-hoc approach

- Closed environment. You talk about openness in your values but you have not been practicing the same here.

- One man show. Middle managers, like myself you have hired from good companies have only been hired to speak English in front of your customers and your Englishmen who visit from abroad. You have not empowered them to make any decisions. You are afraid that they will take your position.

- No focus on quality.

- Managers are not allowed to make any decisions on improvements.

- Decision making too slow and too much emphasis on surface.

- No training & development

I am now tired and have to get back to the stuff so later.. I am open for all discussions...
